Young People Supported Living

Support

We assess the needs of every young person to design a tailored and individual pathway plan that will help them realise their goals in life.

We work with young people from all works of life and facing different circumstances and situations to help them attain basic life skills.

Every young person is assigned their own personal support worker who will work with them to help them achieve their outcomes set out in their pathway/support plan.

Our support will change and adapt when your needs change. We will always involve the young person in every aspect of their care and support.

We support young people with;

  • Behavioral Issues
  • Learning Disabilities
  • Physical Disabilities
  • Sexually Harmful Behaviors
  • Sensory Impairments
  • Eating Disorders
  • Family and Relationship Breakdowns

Accommodation

We provide a safe and nurturing environment in our supported living accommodation where young people can develop and acquire life skills.

Our accommodation is designed to provide a feeling of comfort and security where the young people learn and explore under the supervision and guidance of our support workers.

Depending on the needs of the young person they can be placed in solo accommodation; where they live by themselves or shared where they live with other young people.

The accommodation comprises of personal living space/bedrooms and shared communal spaces (kitchen, games rooms, living rooms and gardens) where they can interact with other young people.

There will be a support worker available to keep an eye on the young people and assist them with their needs.
